Rare Gems of Crowdfunding: The Bard's Tale IV

Ok, I might be a little biased about this one. Over my years of gaming, the Bards Tale has been a staple in my RPG diet. The most recent one, I've bought on Playstation, Xbox, Android, and both on Steam and Gog. Yeah I know I might be a bit fanatical. I hopped that they would make a fourth and this past year they announced what I had hoped.

From the creators of Wasteland 2 and Torment: Tides of Numenera comes the long awaited sequel to the Bard's Tale trilogy. This new chapter in the series comes after 30 years of memorable adventures. Co-funded through fans and inXile the game raised $1.5 Million of its $1.25 Million goal.

While Bard's Tale IV is early in development it is well on it's way to meeting every one of their goals. I have faith in inXile to deliver a wonderful story filled with tongue and cheek humor, sarcasm and more one liners than a Bruce Campbell movie.
